Who we are
Holistic Solutions with Emma is run by Emma Oxley at 341 Middlewood Road, Sheffield S6 1TH. Emma is responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact her at holisticsolutionswithemma@gmail.com or on 0114 470 4565.
What we collect
- When you book or buy: your name, email address, mobile number and, for posted orders, your delivery address.
- Anything you choose to tell us in the "Anything Emma should know?" box, such as health conditions or pregnancy, so your treatment can be adapted safely.
- Your booking and order history, so Emma can look after you on future visits.
- Payment details are entered into Square's secure card form and go straight to Square. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To take and manage your bookings, orders, refunds and gift vouchers (to fulfil our agreement with you).
- To send appointment reminders and contact you about your booking or order.
- To adapt treatments safely using any health information you give us. We only use this with your consent, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- To keep financial records, as the law requires.
We don't sell your information, and we only send marketing messages if you've agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
- Square handles our bookings, payments and customer records.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Evri receives your name and address if we post an order to you.
- Google Fonts provides the lettering on this website, which means your browser contacts Google when pages load.
How long we keep it
We keep client records while you're a client and for a reasonable time afterwards. Financial records are kept for six years, as HMRC requires. Health information you've shared is deleted on request.
Cookies and storage
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shop basket is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you come back. Square's secure payment form may use cookies to prevent fraud when you pay.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email holisticsolutionswithemma@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
